Agrey was engaged by an International Finance Firm to reinstate a fully fitted 1,300 sq ft office at One Exchange Square, Central back to a clean shell under Hongkong Land’s “Reinstatement Obligations.” We managed all nominated trades—ceiling, fire-services, plumbing and electrical—under a single contract so the landlord’s BMO (Hongkong Land) could sign off seamlessly.

Key Reinstatement Obligations
• Dismantle partitions, ceilings, doors and joinery to match the original floor-layout plans.
• Remove and reconnect all HVAC, fire-services and electrical systems by approved trades.
• Supply and install temporary protection measures in common corridors and lift lobbies.
• Clean, patch and repaint all walls, skirtings and ceilings to white emulsion finish.
• Rebuild the whole Ceiling System according to base plan.
