Project Overview:

Agrey Office Contracting Limited completed a 1,900 sqft office reinstatement project at The Center – 28/F, a premium Grade A office building in Central, Hong Kong.

Scope of Works:

• Removal of all tenant-built partitions, ceilings, raised flooring, and built-in fittings

• Reinstatement of MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems

• Restoration of Fire Services (FS) — sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, and alarms repositioned

• Disconnection and removal of Plumbing & Drainage (P&D) components

• Reconnection and reinstatement of the main power cable

• Replacement of any damaged ceiling panels, raised floor panels, and ceiling light panels to match the original landlord specifications

• Final surface touch-up, repainting, and site clearance for a clean bare shell handover

Agrey worked closely with nominated contractors and building management to ensure all reinstatement requirements were met. With a 2-week preparation lead time followed by 4 weeks on-site work, the project was delivered on schedule and passed handover inspection successfully — allowing the client to recover their full deposit without issue.
