The project scope included:

• Full dismantling of tenant-installed fit-out and mechanical services

• Restoration to bare shell condition in line with landlord handover standards

• Coordination with nominated contractors (such as MVAC, P&D, and Fire Services) for specialist reinstatement tasks

• Complete within a 5-week timeframe

• Compliance with building management safety protocols and inspection processes
